Do you take phone orders?
We do not take phone orders. Please use our online shop at any time! If you have an urgent inquiry please contact us directly at +41 31 534 00 38 or use the contact form.
Can i pick up ordered products?
We do not have a store front. You can arrange an appointment to pick up ordered products at our business domicile. The products must be payed in advance or cash on pick up. You must place your order online before you can pick up products.
Are the prices incl. or excl. VAT?
All Prices are inclusive VAT 7.6%, meaning no other fees will add up for orders inside Switzerland. Sendings to abroad are freed from VAT although the customs authority of the destination country may claim locally applicable taxes. Telepixel's VAT-Nr. is 733 921.
How can i find out the delivery costs?
The costs for delivery are dependant on the dimension, quantity, point of destination, weight and the chosen delivery type of the ordered products and will be indicated to you clearly before you place an order. In order to calculate delivery costs you must create an account. All deliveries are sent signed-in with Swisspost. Inside Switzerland, the costs are as a general rule 10.- (Economy) or 12.- (Priority) Francs. This price includes all packaging material.
Do you have article XY in stock?
We are always aimed to serve you with constant stock availability and short delivery times. As soon as you put an article to your shopping cart you will see an indication if it is not available from stock in the desired quantity. If nothing is indicated, you can assume that the article is available from stock.
Indications about stock are guidelines and can differ from effective stock due to technical and organizational reasons. Definitve stock indication is visible in the acceptance of order. The demonstration of products in our online shop does not state a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
How is the process from order to delivery?
Put the desired products into your shopping cart and click on the button "CHECKOUT". If this is your first order at dshop.ch, you are asked to create an account, otherwise you can use your existing credentials. After that, choose addresses for billing and delivery and the desired delivery style. You will see an overview of your anticipated order. By clicking the button "CONFIRM ORDER" in the last step of the checkout process, you place a binding order for all products contained in your basket. The receipt of your order will be notified by mail within minutes. The contract of sale is effective with our acceptance of order, which will be sent to you by mail after we reviewed your order and checked stock. The acceptance of order contains a printable invoice and all supported payment methods.
After we received your payment, the products are sent to you with the selected delivery style.
What are the supported payment methods?
The acceptance of order contains an invoice in the form of a PDF file. All supported payment styles are listed. The following payment styles are available:
-Payment with Postcard (Switzerland)
If you own a Postcard you can pay the invoice via URL that you receive in the acceptance of order mail. The products are sent upon receipt of transaction confirmation (as a general rule immediately).
-Payment via "orange Paymentslip with reference number" (Switzerland)
This style is meant for customers that do payments with online banking software. The products are sent upon receipt of your payment.
-Cash on delivery (Switzerland)
You can receive products and pay them as they arrive. Additional costs: CHF 15.- The products are sent immediately.
-Bank / Wiretransfer (International)
Detailled information for a wiretransfer to our bank account are shown on the invoice. This payment style is good for international customers. All fees are carried by the customer (OUR).
Do you deliver on account?
For universities, high schools and similar institutions (EDU) we offer the possibilty to deliver on account. Follow these steps:
a) Place an order for the desired products in our online shop
b) On checkout, note "EDU / on account / Fax follows" in the commentary field
c) Send us an official facsimile of your institution signed by your supervisor, referring to the received order confirmation to our Fax +41 31 560 45 98
d) The products will be deliverd immediately on account
We also send on account to returning customers with good payment practices and a certain turnover.
